Markus Birdman (UK)

Friday, April 17th 2026 at 6:00 PM at Westergas, Pazzanistraat 1

Last year, after 20 years of stand up, I did Britain’s Got Talent. People asked me, “why now?”. Up ‘til that point I’d been very happy avoiding TV & fame – and in that sense, I’d been hugely successful! However, the year before, I’d also had a stroke and lost half my eyesight. I was now keen to talk about my experience, comedically, to as wide an audience as possible. I did quite well, got to the semi-finals & had my 15 minutes fame.

Careful what you wish for! Who knew that talking about my experience would be so offensive? How dare I make jokes about my own strokes & blindness! “You nasty, awful man”. This is a candid and hilarious new stand-up hour, talking about who I am, in an era where people are really keen to hear about who you are, so long as who you are, is something they want to hear about. Otherwise “you deserve your stroke*.”

Never mind the haters, I come back at you with love. Well, a couple of you can still kiss my half-blind backside**

*an actual online comment
**I never had a single complaint from anyone who had actually had a stroke.

Work in Progress

Join the acclaimed comedian and hit podcaster Horatio Gould as he cooks up a brand-new hour of brilliantly skewed standup

One of the most exciting voices of his generation, Horatio blends sharp observations, deadpan swagger and a quietly chaotic worldview that has made him a breakout favourite on podcasts, TikTok and stages across the UK.

As seen on Comedy Central Live (Comedy Central). Tour support for Frankie Boyle, co-host of hit podcasts Fin VS History and Boys Gone Wild and co-creator Fin vs The Internet (100 million views on Instagram, 2 million on YouTube).

Thor Stenhaug (UK)

Friday, May 8th 2026 at 6:00 PM at Westergas, Pazzanistraat 1

This is a show about love, life (drawings), and being not just a son to your parents – but more like a mutual friend. Thor Stenhaug is a Norwegian comedian based in the UK.

In a short period of time, he has built a big online following, headlined top comedy clubs across the country and been shortlisted for British Comedian of the Year – despite not being British (wonder what happened there).

Sam Nicoresti (UK)

Friday, May 29th 2026 at 6:00 PM at Westergas, Pazzanistraat 1

Baby Doomer

Winner of Best Show at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards 2025

A glistening diamond hour of stand-up from “delusional trans comedian” Sam Nicoresti about love, insanity, and the hunt for the perfect skirt suit. Following a critical maelstrom of success at the Edinburgh Fringe, and three weeks of sold-out performances at London’s Soho Theatre, Sam finally brings an extended and revamped version of her breakout hit show Baby Doomer to the great unwashed (i.e. goes on tour).

From getting stuck in a dress in a TK Maxx to finding love between the standing stones of Cornwall, through sperm banks, Lord of the Rings figurines, and queer cat names, Sam Nicoresti examines life’s most vital question: can you ever hope to find the perfect skirt suit?

Baby Doomer is the follow-up to the acclaimed Wokeflake. “One of the definitive documents of the trans experience in stand-up.” Chortle.

“Baby Doomer is one of the sharpest, funniest, most exciting hours of comedy at the Fringe” ★★★★★ The Telegraph

“Uproariously funny, life-affirming, angry, dumb, insightful and political all at once” ★★★★.5 Chortle

★★★★★ The List
★★★★★ One4Review
★★★★ The Guardian
★★★★ The Times
★★★★ The Scotsman
★★★★ Fest
★★★★ Three Weeks
★★★★ The Skinny
